Upcoming networking events at Look Your Best
The new fitness and lifestyle studio in Puerto Banus Look Your Best are hosting two networking events at their exclusive studio near to El Cort Ingles over the next few weeks to invite local businesses down to find out information on nutrition, fitness and muscular stimulation technology and start networking again after the summer break.
The first event is this Friday 20th September from 18.00-20.00 for members of the excellent online group Costa Women. It’s free and easy to join Costa Women by visiting their website http://costawomen.ning.com/ but non-members are also welcome, just RSVP to georgina@shawmarketingservices.com
The second event is for the Women in Business Spain networking group on Tuesday 8th October from 18.00-20.00.
Both events are free of charge and guests will be able to enjoy healthy drinks and snacks, given a 15 minute nutrition masterclass from the personal trainers, an introduction to EMS technology and a demonstration of how it works. There will also be an opportunity to have a free body test which measures weight, body mass, fat to muscle ratio and advises on what you need to lose or gain to be in peak physical condition and a prize draw to win three sessions worth 99€. This will be followed by relaxed and informal networking in a great environment.
