I’m pleased to introduce our first guest blogger Anita Chaperon, author of the healthy living programme Fit, Happy & Healthy. She will be writing monthly posts for the blog about health and fitness, which should be great to help you lose a few pounds to look better in your bikini, or just feel better and get some more energy.
Anita has made nutrition and fitness the main focus of her life for the past 17 years and put all this knowledge and experience into this great weight-loss programme. I like her approach as it is sensible, healthy and sustainable and really made sense to me when I read it as it looks beyond simply what we eat and at why we actually eat it.
