Marketing Focus – Effective Emails
At our marketing seminar at the beginning of the month one of the things we were asked to cover was email marketing, a really effective and relatively low cost way to interact with your database, and we realised that many people are still not aware of its power.
According to a study by ExactTarget, 77% of consumers prefer to receive permission-based marketing communications through email. Email marketing is a cheap and direct form of marketing which generates results. It drip-feeds information about your company and product to an audience which already has an interest and once you have a database receptive to your message, you can send them regular communication of a high quality and remind them of you and what you do. It allows you to keep hitting them until they are ready to respond, ensuring that your company is at the front of their mind when the need arises, so good quality email marketing is highly recommended.
