International Networking in Estepona | Networking Internacional En Estepona
CITE (The Centre for Tourist and Business Initiatives in Estepona) and Shaw Marketing Services are organizing the first International Bilingual Networking Meeting in Estepona on the 21st of April. This meeting is for Spanish and international businesses and entrepreneurs in the Estepona area to get together to share ideas and business opportunities. The main objectives of the meeting are to allow attendees to learn about each other’s business, find beneficial synergies and create strong relationships between the international and national business community.
This first meeting is being organized jointly by CITE and marketing and networking specialists Shaw Marketing Services, who will be introducing the meeting in English and Spanish and supporting all attendees to have a constructive bilingual meeting. Georgina Shaw, Director of Shaw Marketing Services explains; “We have been running regular bilingual networking sessions in Manilva for the last year, as we’re passionate about creating a strong business hub on the Western Costa del Sol and breaking down barriers between business people of different nationalities living and working here. We believe that by working together, sharing ideas and embracing the internationalism on the Costa del Sol we can all be more successful, so we are very excited to join forces with CITE for this meeting”. Jose Antonio Rodriguez, President of CITE added “It is important to create links between national and international companies in order to deal with the idiosyncrasies of the business environment on the Costa del Sol. We believe that by holding regular meetings such as these we can help not only established businesses but also we can create opportunities for new entrepreneurial projects focusing on the international market and open doors to contact companies in other countries.”
This networking event will take place in the El Invernadero restaurant (in the Agrojardín Garden Centre) N-340, Km 164, Parque Antena exit, Estepona on Thursday 21st of April. It will start at 9.00am promptly and include a breakfast as well as the networking activities.

El CITE (Centro de iniciativas turísticas y empresariales de Estepona) y la empresa Shaw Marketing Services organizan el I Encuentro-Networking internacional bilingüe en Estepona el 21 de abril. Se trata de un encuentro entre empresarios y emprendedores tanto nacionales como extranjeros para intercambiar opiniones y situaciones empresariales de las empresas asentadas en la zona. Las relaciones internacionales, dar a conocer los servicios que cada empresa ofrece y la posibilidad de crear sinergias entre las empresas asistentes son los objetivos principales de este primer encuentro internacional.
Esta primera edición la realizan el CITE y la empresa especializada en Networking y Marketing para el Mercado extranjero Shaw Marketing Services que será la encargada de realizar la presentación del encuentro con una introducción en varios idiomas al tratarse de un encuentro bilingüe. Según Georgina Shaw Director de Shaw Marketing Services ““Hemos estado realizando sesiones bilingües de networking en Manilva en este último año, ya que nos apasiona la creación de un red de negocios fuerte en la Costa del Sol Occidental que rompa las barreras entre los empresarios y empresarias de diferentes nacionalidades que residen y trabajan en esta zona. Estamos seguros que trabajando juntos, compartiendo ideas y aceptando el ambiente internacional que hay en la Costa del Sol, todos podremos tener más éxito, así que realmente estamos emocionados de poder colaborar con CITE para esta reunión”. Por otra parte Jose Antonio Rodriguez, presidente del CITE “Es importante y necesario abrir vínculos entre empresas nacionales e internacionales debido principalmente a la idiosincrasia del sector empresarial en la Costa. Creemos que la organización periódica de este tipo de encuentros podrá beneficiar no solo a las empreas ya establecidas sino que puedan abrir canales para proyectos de emprendedores que puedan tener como objetivo el mercado internacional y puedan conocer a empresas vinculadas con otros países”
El I Encuentro se realizará en el restaurante El Invernadero (enAgrojardín Garden Centre) en N-340, Km 164, salida Parque Antena, de Estepona. Comenzará a las 9,00h el 21 de abril e incluye el desayuno ofrecido por el restaurante.
