Dani García and a host of Michelin starred chefs gather in Marbella
Dani Garcia is repeating his gastronomic events at his Puente Romano restaurant 7-10 March where amazing Michelin starred chefs from around the world will be cooking with him in Marbella.
In total there will be 12 national and international Chefs, all owners of the coveted Michelin stars, who will come together to create four exclusive dinners in Marbella. The first night will be very special because it was titled “Re-living El Bulli “, in tribute to Ferran Adriá, with nine of the best chefs reinterpreting his dishes. The line up includes four Chefs with three stars: Grant Achatz (restaurant Alinea of Chicago), Quique Dacosta (Quique Dacosta restaurant in Alicante), Joan Roca (Celler de Can Roca in Girona) and Juan Mari Arzak (Restaurant Arzak in San Sebastian). Plus Chefs with two stars namely Angel Leon, Albert Adriá and Andoni Luis Aduritz, and rounding out the line-up, with one star chefs, Ricard Camarena and Nandu Jubany. All of whom, along with Dani García, will recreate El Bulli’s dishes the way they remember them.
During the next three nights, four international three-star Michelin Chefs will be creating very special dishes and dining experiences for lucky Marbella diners: Pascal Barbot (Astrance – France), Thomas Bühner (La Vie – Germany) with Grant Achatz (restaurant Alinea of Chicago) alongside our very own Dani Garcia – wow! Foodies with deep pockets are spoilt for choice.
