Costa del Sol Events June

Costa del Sol Events June

Summer is here and there’s loads going on. This week we’re really excited because the Marbella Feria has started with a week of Spanish partying to enjoy. Here some more information about the Feria plus a few great events to put in the diary!

Marbella Feria 8-13 June – This is the festival of San Bernabe the Patron Saint of Marbella and it’s a great excuse for a week long party! There is a day festival in the park running up the side of the Old Town and a night festival in the fairground up by the fishing port. There are also events such as free concerts in the Palacio de Congresos and lots of things going on. Highly recommended www.marbella.es

The Foundation of Friends Sport & Family Fun Day 2pm-8pm Sunday 13th June,  Aloha Multi Sports Club – This looks like a great fun day for all the family with games, sports, activities and stalls. It’s being held to raise money for CRECE, a charity based in Marbella helping children with a variety of needs from Downs Syndrome to Autism. For more information contact Michelle Gascoine – michelle@thefoundationoffriends.org

International Festival of Art 17-20 June, Alameda Park 12.00-23.00 daily – This event will feature 100 artists displaying their work and fantastic performance throughout the day and night. The event was a great success last year and it promises to be bigger and better than before! Check out the information on their website www.festivaldeartemarbella.com

Health & Beauty Fair 18-19 June, Las Postas Commercial Centre, Calahonda 19.00-midnight – This fair will feature lots of stalls selling health and beauty products as well as people offering manicures, tarot readings and massages. It’s a night fair, so a great way to wind down and have fun with the girls! Visit the Andalusian Events website for more information

I am sure there’s loads more going on that I’ve missed. Please let me know if there are any great events coming up that we should know about!
