Andrés González-Barba presents «El enigma Murillo» at the Kempinski
The 5* Kempinski Hotel Bahía, is continuing their Autumn/Winter Cultural Programme with the presentation of the new book by Author and Journalist Andrés González-Barba Capote, «El enigma Murillo». In collaboration with Estepona Town Hall, the event takes place on Tuesday 6th of November at 8pm in Spanish. Guests will enjoy a welcome drink in the Black Rose cocktail bar and a presentation of the new book by the author.
“El enigma Murillo” (2017), published by Editorial Grupo Almuzara, is a ghost story set in 1810 in Seville, when the city was occupied by French troops. It revolves around a mysterious, lost painting by Murillo. Marshal Soult will not stop until he comes across the painting, meanwhile we follow the story of Teresa, a girl with the ability to contact the spirits. From this point, the gripping Gothic plot develops amidst the horror of war.
Alongside the Author will be the President of the National Society of Parapsychology, Antonio Pastor. He will introduce the author and the book, as well as presenting a short talk about Mediums, a topic which is featured in the book.
