In Transition Update
The In Transition Conference last weekend was an excellent event, sharing all the key ideas of the Transition Town initiative and inspiring people to get involved and make their community more sustainable. There was a fantastic video presentation by co-founder of the initiative Rob Hopkins which you can watch on YouTube.
On the back of this important meeting they are setting up a Marbella Transition Town group which will take vital steps to create a more sustainable community and have less impact on our environment. The first meeting will take place as part of a screening of the film In Transition 2.0 on November 9th which will give an overview of the movement and get everyone inspired and ready to discuss the steps we can all take in Marbella.
