New Benidorm Specsavers Opticas to hold EMAUS charity raffle on Open Day, Dec. 1st
To celebrate the opening of a brand new Specsavers Opticas store in Benidorm, there will be a fun open day which will raise money for children’s charity EMAUS. This exciting event will be held in store at Calle de Gambó 2 on 1st December from 10am to 8pm.
An important part of this event is the charity raffle in aid of EMAUS, a fantastic charity which provides homes to children in need. Tickets will be sold at the store throughout the day and Directors Phil Morgan and Jorge Martinez de Lizarduy Araico hope that visitors will enjoy the event and give generously.
“EMAUS is a very important charity running nine children’s centres, training for teenagers, counselling for families with problematic children and a shelter for battered wives. They are always looking for funds to keep these shelters open so we hope our charity raffle will be able to help them continue with this excellent work. There will be a number of prizes including 300€ worth of eye wear from Specsavers and the draw will take place at 19.30. Please come along and enjoy the event and help needy children on the Costa Blanca.”
This Open Day will also feature a packed schedule of activities including performances from popular local band Vandetta, delicious refreshments and kids’ entertainer Buster the clown performing from 5-7 pm. At the event, guests can book free eye tests, which will be offered until the end of this year.
Specsavers look forward to welcoming you to this free event. For more information on the event call 965 859 577.
